Steamed Kale and Cauliflower

Steamed Kale and Cauliflower

*Cut the vegetables when you have time, then steam just before you are ready to eat.

Steaming will take about 10-15 minutes.

 Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 servings (as a side dish)



1 bunch of kale
1/2 head of cauliflower



      1.  Pull leaves off the stems of the kale. Cut them into strips and rinse.
      2.  Rinse cauliflower and cut into bite-size pieces.
      3.  Add cauliflower pieces to a hot steamer. Steam for 8-10 minutes, until soft.
      4.  Steam kale separately or, if you have enough space in your steamer, add in with cauliflower.
